Schedule a Consultation with the Graduate Fellowship Office

Undergraduate and graduate students can schedule a 15-Minute Consultation with a staff member at the Office of Student Fellowships and Awards. Before scheduling an appointment, explore fellowship and scholarship opportunities on the OSFA website (http://utep.edu/studentfellowships). Then, read more about the programs you are interested in on the fellowship provider's website. Confirm that you are eligible to apply and that the opportunity aligns with your academic goals. Once you have completed these initial steps, schedule a 15-minute consultation with the OSFA staff. Appointments are held on MS Teams and start promptly at the scheduled time and last 15 minutes. Have a notebook and pen on hand for the session.
